Specialty Light Sources, Inc. merchandise that is purchased directly from Specialty Light Sources, Inc. by an end-user “Customer” which has never been installed nor used in any way in any equipment may be returned by the Customer in the merchandise’s original packaging provided the Customer obtains a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and ships the merchandise to Specialty Light Sources within 15 days of the original invoice date according to the following procedure. The RMA number must appear on all documentation and the return shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without a properly issued RMA number.
To return a product to Specialty Light Sources, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Specialty Light Source Customer Care.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return: · Customer name · Invoice number or order number · Item Part Number(s) Item serial number(s) · Reason for the return
The merchandise must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging materials. The RMA number must appear on all packing lists, documentation and the return shipping label,
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Specialty Light Sources on returned items.
If your return merchandise is accepted as never installed and unused by our returns department, we will post a credit to your Specialty Light Sources account within 24 hours from the time that the merchandise is accepted by our returns department. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is accepted by the returns department of Specialty Light Sources, Inc. If you have a terms account, the amount of your return will be credited to your Specialty Light Sources account.
If your return merchandise is not accepted by our returns department as never installed and unused, the merchandise will be exchanged according to the applicable Specialty Light Sources, Inc. Warranty Policy.
SPECIALTY LIGHT SOURCES, INC. SPECIFICALLY DISAVOWS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WARRANTY, OR LIABILITY RELATING TO THE CONDITION OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SPECIALTY LIGHT SOURCES, INC. BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE TO THE PURCHASER, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HAS BEEN MAKE KNOWN TO SPECIALTY LIGHT SOURCES, INC.
